Stash and More Stash

The last of my birthday stash arrived and since so many of you requested a peek I thought I'd share. I don't usually buy so much stash but it was my birthday and I felt like treating myself. I never worry about how much stash I am accumulating. I think of it as "saving for retirement." One of these days I will be on a limited income and will be glad I have so many fun projects to stitch. Hummmm, an investment in some 11 count fabric might be a good idea...as my eyesight will probably go before I actually run out of stash to stitch. ROFL

Bigger charts. Freakin' adorable.

Smaller ones.
Do you think I have a "thing" for Bent Creek?

Lizzie*Kate and Val's Stuff too. Notice how most of this is Halloween or Christmas? What I notice is that the majority of these charts were stitched by one of you recently. You shameless enablers!

Thank you for visiting my blog today!

You've received some gorgeous stash there, I'm very envious lol!
This is about the fourth time I've seen the Silver Creek design, and I can't take it anymore, I'm adding it to my wish list now.

Great collection. You deserve a good birthday treat! They all look like so much fun to stitch. How many strands of DMC does it take to stitch on 11 count? I've never done it.

Wonderful stash enhancement!! Funny, I have for years referred to my obscene stash collection as my :"retirement fund". Maybe that says something about what we are looking forward to, ya think?

Awesome stash!! You won't be able to get any stitching done ~ you'll be too busy admiring your new charts!! Enjoy :)

Great stash, enjoy it & Happy Belated Birthday! You can never have too much stash, you never know when you might need a new project! lol I just came across that Bent Creek Halloween Branch set the other day, I love the Christmas & 4th of July Branchs. The new LK Halloween Rules is on my list as well!

Nice haul! I reassure myself by thinking that when we are retired, we can sell 90% of my stash as income and I'll still have more than I can stitch!

You've treated yourself in some beautiful stash, Sharon! What are you going to stitch first?

I hear you on the 11 count! :)

Lovely, lovely stash, I'm drooling over the keyboard. Reading other blogs is getting very costly for me too as everytime I see a gorgeous finished stitch, I want it too!!! Trying to track 2 more down today without much luck.
Enjoy it all xxxx

Great stash haul hun; I see we have the same taste in many of your charts. That's a wonderful way of looking at buying up on our stash; If you don't mind; I think I'll use that saying myself. LOL
