I've been meaning to find some YouTube videos on vintage machine resto...just never got around to it. <br />Love those dresden blocks...and the corners! My first thought was a piano key border then decided that would distract from the dresdens. So. How about a 1" scrappy blue border, followed by a 3"white border... and then make the blinding blue? Of course, you could always go a little nuts and use some variegated blue thread and embroider some vines on a 5" white border? Fun stuff! I think I enjoy making blocks and then see what kind of quilt comes out of them... as opposed to just following a pattern?
