...the web on my new laptop! Rick said I needed a laptop so I could do my stitchy stuff anywhere. I think he really meant I was hogging the computer. We ordered a very nice espresso brown one from Dell and it was delivered yesterday. I loves it! This was an anniversary pressie.
I've spent the last two afternoons setting up all my sites and even making an RSS reader for my blogs. I still need to move PCStitch Pro over and my music but all my cross stitch pictures are here! I really like the feed reader; it will be so much easier to see everyone's updates. I was pleased to find almost everyone has feeds turned on...I think only 4 or 5 in my blogroll don't. I also have my own desktop wallpaper (Supernatural) my own screensaver (cross stitch photos, lol) and my stitchy friends aren't going to IM Rick, thinking it's me. Yes, no more sharing!
I have been stitching...just not too much blogging, lately. (The thought of the laptop coming soon somehow put me off the computer for a bit.) I should have a new finish to share soon!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new toy! Up until recently, I'd never really wanted a laptop. Now that we have high speed Internet, the thoughts of surfing from the comfy couch sounds REALLY appealing. Maybe one of these days...

Oh, I am so GREEN. My laptop had issues after my son spilled stuff on the keyboard. sigh. I miss the laptop.
