I have been treating myself whenever I can. Little indulgences that make life sweeter. Yesterday I treated myself to a mani-pedi:
Life is definitely sweeter with bubblegum pink toenails, right?
I treat myself every now and again with a thrift store shopping trip with my dad, who can ferret out the best shops to go to. On one of these trips, I found these Wilson pattern boxes. They are perfect to store sewing supplies in!
Don't you love those retro colors? They certainly brighten up my studio.
I treated myself to this Hyacinth and to a couple of Amaryllis (flowers not shown) that now have taken over the kitchen window. The Hyacinth smells up the entire kitchen with a yummy scent.
These may not be the treat they appeared because my nose gets stuffy every time I'm home! I guess the allergies are worth having flowers in wintertime.
What do you treat yourself to?
Thank you for visiting my blog today!

I treat myself to new cross stitch charts and lovely threads when I can, also this is not that often. My most usual treat would be a visit to a second hand book store, a candle or the occasional bunch of flowers. Little treats are important for feeling happy. x
ReplyDeleteNice treats! My treat is some uninterrupted stitching time!
ReplyDeletePretty nails.
ReplyDeletelove those Hyacinth bulbs in Winter, they smell so good!
I treated myself over Christmas to some cross stitch patterns.

What lovely treats you have gifted yourself! I remember those pattern boxes. My treat would be extra stitching time.
ReplyDeleteLovely treats, your bright and colourful toes did make me smile.
ReplyDeleteI treated myself to some chocolate today ... and very nice it was too.
Love the colors of those pattern boxes! Your nails look lovely! Too bad the flowers aggravate your allergies but they sure are pretty :)
ReplyDeleteLovely treats , why not treat yourself .
ReplyDeleteMy treat is a chocolate every night maybe two extra sometimes .
Hi Sharon, it's so nice to see you back. I usually treat myself to a stitching item but lately I've been wanting something more meaningful, like your feet and nails. Maybe later when my personal economics improve.
ReplyDeleteIt's important to treat ourselves--especially as we get older, I think. Your mani-pedi looks lovely and I can almost smell they hyacinths! I treat myself to chocolate (multiple times a day!!).
ReplyDeleteYou know how to treat yourself for sure!
ReplyDeleteMy treat is not buying as much stash and spending that money on retreats instead.
Love those pattern boxes!
