More sheep

Here is a quick update on les moutons. Three more fat sheep have been added in this row...there will be ten sheep total across the bottom. The groups of eight and nine are already completed. When they are complete I'll start the five going up the left side.

Questions, questions...Chiloe asked if this was being stitched for me or as a gift? I would say this is for me. I liked the design so I decided to stitch it, no plans otherwise! Cathey wanted to know what is the fabric color? This is 32 count "Blue Spruce" but I've no idea what brand.

Tomorrow is April. Do you know what that means??? YES! It's CRABBY TIME! Woo Hoo! The sheepies will be put away for a time now. I'm also suffering the dreadful New Start Itch. Like I need another project.

Thank you for visiting my blog today.

  2. And the sheep are so cute! Startitis is easily cured - guaranteed to at least be held at bay (for one day only) by buying new fabric, threads, pattern and sitting down and stitching on it and totally ignoring any and all WIP's. Then it can be added to the growing pile of WIP's (there's no such thing as UFO's LOL)and new stitching can emerge once again. Hmmm - maybe I need some enditis!
I didn't realize you were in OK. Just visited my brother recently in Tulsa - do you get over to the Silver Needle every so often? Drool, drool - I loved that store! BTW, thanks for posting to my blog!

  9. I really like seeing your WIPs of les moutons. The sheep are adorable and that fabric choice is perfect. Beware the NSI, it is indeed going around. The next thing you know, you'll be pulling fibers and looking for stash fabbie! lol (But on the other hand, don't you just LOVE starting a new project?)
