Much better now. I frogged out the blue that was wrong and got a small start on the correct peach color. Not much progress, but it's done and I can go on. I rarely have frogs I can't live with!
Parsley, a frog is some part of stitching where you have to "rip-it, rip-it, rip-it." A play on the sound frogs make. What can I say? We stitchers are odd ducks.
Rick and I went to see 2012 after work today. Long movie! We had a good time, even though the show was a little hokey and completely unbelievable. Popcorn and a fun afternoon made up for it. We don't get out much this time of year! Stopped to pick up Arby's for supper. Haven't had time yet to check my reader, I will get caught up reading your blogs tomorrow.
I'm astonished at the reaction my 50,000 giveaway post has received. The Simon's Cat books only received 71 entries (in two weeks)...the snowman ornament already has 91 and over four days left to go! Thank you, I'm all warm fuzzy inside. :o)
Thank you for visiting my blog today!

Thanks for the education on a 'frog'. hehe cute
ReplyDeleteI'll be showing my project status soon. Don't laugh! ;)
People love hand made. :D
ReplyDeleteI am glad those frogs left you alone. DH is wanting to see 2012, I thought it might be a bit hokey. Don't you know the history channel is really playing up to the movie - showing Nostradamus shows and such. Sounds like you had a pleasant evening.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear the frogs have hopped off and you are making good progress.
ReplyDeleteThe problem I have with frogging, is not so much having to do it...but the time it takes that I could be x-ing instead.
ReplyDeleteWe want to see 2012 as well...just so that we can sit together for a bit without distraction. LOL
And there's nothing like theatre popcorn.
These frogs are such pests sometimes! I hope the rest of the chart is more understandable. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for the new freebie!. These days have been a little hard for me, but today the mail-woman brig me the gift (Simon's Cat) giveaway, I laughed a lot! I love this cat! looks much like a cat who lives at home with a neighbor, always getting into messes chasing squirrels or magpies!. Thank you very much! ah! indeed, the paper is nice! and thanks for your words, always nice to read your blog, Thanks you so s much!
ReplyDeleteGlad that you got the frogging out of the way! I try to avoid doing that if I can help it.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering how that movie was. I figured it would have to be a little hokey, but sometimes those are the movies that are the most entertaining! As long as I have some popcorn, I'll sit and watch anything.
I'm with you about the frogs. You just do it and move on. Can't wait to see this project in its entirety!
ReplyDeleteSo the frogging is done... now don't make any mistake's again.....
ReplyDeleteLooking good
ReplyDeleteGood for you! A frog never leaves a good woman down for long ;o)
ReplyDeleteI was wondering about 2012 but I think I'll wait for the DVD.
Good for you for getting the frogging done & the restart! ;) It looks good!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the next step from frogging, the new stitches. :)
ReplyDeleteNote to self, 2012, not good review. ;)
I'd heard the movie was too long. Think we'll rent it:)
ReplyDeleteHope you've banished those pesky frogs once and for all!
Frogging is worth it when it is not a fixable mistake. I sometimes can fudge through it but other times it just has to come out. You cannot even tell you frogged it. Your fabric stayed really nice.
ReplyDeleteHugs ~
Heidi
Hope you didn't chase that frog in my direction! Shoo frog, go away! ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove watching your Crabby progress. Hope the frog stays away.
I want to see that movie so bad! I didn't know it was a long one but DH and I go to the movies once a year.
ReplyDeleteGlad the froggies are gone now - Sounds like you had a fun time with your DH!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the frog visit. Crabby is looking good. :0)
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good time out & about.
Who could resist such a cute snowman? :0)
