Two Down...

...ten to go. I finished Two Turtle Doves over the weekend.

I still haven't gotten to the fabric store to get the backing fabric. I have some that will work but not enough for all 12 ornaments and I want them all finished the same. It can wait, I'm in no hurry anyway. I still have ten more to stitch, after all!

I am really excited though. I often go to the city to shop at Jo Ann's for fabric. The only stores in Stillwater for fabrics are Walmart, Hobby Lobby and a couple of very small quilting stores. I won't have to drive to shop at Jo Ann's much longer ~ one is coming here and it's going to be in the very same shopping center I work in. I can walk right over after picking up my paycheck!!! If I remember correctly it will open early next year. I can't wait.

If you have entered my blogoversary giveaway don't forget to leave a comment on this post too for another entry!

Thank you for visiting my blog today!

Seeing your 12 days makes me so want to work on mine - but I have way way to many that I'm trying to work on now.
Great job. You'll have done in no time.
Hey, send JoAnns my way.

Those are really cute! I am looking forward to seeing them all done. :) YAY for JoAnn's coming soon!! I don't know what I would do without mine. It's a half hour away, the next closest craft store is an hour and half away, and my LNS is two and a half hours away!! The joys of living in the middle of nowhere, lol.

Both of your finishes look great. Only 10 more to go? You are so lucky to be getting a Joann's next to your work.

Looking great! Being that close to Joann's might be dangerous to your pocketbook!

Your stitching looks great! JoAnn's in the same place as where I work would be very detrimental to my paycheck. Good luck with that! HahHAha So glad that one is coming to your area though.

Hmmm, a Jo-Ann's right near your work? Maybe you could just have work direct deposit your check to them? 8-)

Great finishes! I'm really enjoying these designs.
Having a JoAnns that close to me could be dangerous!! Things are bad enough when I have to drive an hour. I'd be in heaven if I had one in my community!
